Reservations made more than 2 weeks in advance require 1/2 of anticipated fees to confirm. Balance of payment is due no later than two weeks prior to stay. All reservations made within two weeks of delivery of services or stay require full payment to confirm. Reservations are determined to be confirmed upon receipt of, and successful processing of payment. (For security purposes, do not send your credit card information by email). We will confirm your reservation with either email or snail mail, with the dates and other information included. *Please certify that you have read and agree to Mitchell Bay Landing's rental policies.

We recommend advance reservations but we also enjoy hosting last minute drop-ins, subject of course to space available. Even if you don't have a reservation, check with us when you get to the island to see if there are spots available. Plan those retreats and special occasions now and ensure space on our tours, seminars, barbecues, and for special events.
